Terms of Use (EULA)
These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "EULA") govern your use of the Coheran mobile application ("App") operated by CANVERSI S.R.L. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
1. Use of the App
Coheran provides guided breathing exercises for general wellness purposes. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any breathing or wellness program, especially if you have a medical condition.
2. Account Registration
You may use the App without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, you must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. User Data
When used without an account, all data (breathing sessions, mood entries, statistics) is stored locally on your device. If you create an account, your data may be synced to our cloud servers. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
4. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, animations, and software, is the property of CANVERSI S.R.L. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
5a. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & Billing
Coheran offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and an optional one-time lifetime purchase ("Premium"). Subscription titles, lengths and prices are displayed inside the app on the Premium screen before you confirm any purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (on iOS) or Google Play account (on Android) at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown at purchase.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time after purchase from your Apple ID Account Settings (iOS) or Google Play Subscriptions (Android).
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Lifetime purchases are one-time payments and are not refundable except as required by Apple's, Google's or your jurisdiction's consumer-law refund policies.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). See Apple's refund process or Google Play's refund process.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any health or wellness benefits will result from its use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CANVERSI S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Data stored locally on your device will remain accessible.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to CANVERSI S.R.L.'s jurisdiction of incorporation. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
